This third floor comfortable one bedroom apartment is situated in a quiet traditional period building in Duke of York Street, which lies just to the North of St James’s Square and to the South of the main thoroughfare at Piccadilly. There is a lift and an entryphone system. It is a very short walk away from either Piccadilly tube station or Green Park tube station and the park itself. It is within walking distance of Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square and all the attractions of Theatreland. Knightsbridge, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace and St James’s Park are also within walking distance. There is a comfortable and attractive living room which includes colour tv, sofa bed and table and chairs. The bedroom has a double bed and good cupboard space. The very small kitchen has a fridge, cooker, washing machine and is well equipped. The bathroom has a bath/wc and wash hand basin. The nearest tube is Green Park or Piccadilly Circus.
