This apartment is newly refurbished and has wood stripped floors.  The furnishings are modern and of very good quality.  The spacious living room/dining room is well appointed and provides a colour TV, music centre and very comfortable furnishings. There are two double bedrooms each with a double bed and with good wardrobe/cupboard space. There is an extremely spacious kitchen/breakfast room with a very modern range of high quality kitchen units including an integrated fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven and hob. 
There is a fully tiled family bathroom/WC suite and also a separate tiled shower room/WC.
