Maltings Place is an extensive mix of warehouse conversions and brand new, contemporary apartments. The redevelopment of the Grade II listed former Sarsons Brewery Works has provided a selection of uniquely designed units offering spacious conversions, retaining the original industrial features enhanced by luxury, modern fittings.

We have recently released our latest phase of new build apartments within the development. These units offer luxury, contemporary living with all that would be expected in a brand new flat. Both styles of apartment are set within a private, gated environment.
