Large picture windows, feature fireplace, colour tv and sofa (which is a sofa bed). There is a large kitchen/diner which is extremely well equipped, including a walk in larder. There is a washing machine/dryer, fridge and cooker, and a lovely island work top unit.  There is a spacious bathroom with bath and shower over, wash hand basin and W.C.
