We have negotiated the best possible rates for our guests and there are no hidden extras or booking fees involved. Worldwide Apartments Limited T/A London Apartment Reservations Ltd. Trading as London Apartment Reservations aims to provide the best possible experience for its clients. In order for us to do this, we ask clients to read these Terms and Conditions carefully:
It is an implied term that, by using our website, you agree to accept our terms and conditions stated below.
All rates are per apartment (NOT per person)
All UK apartment rates are inclusive of VAT at the current applicable rate and service.
All accommodation providers require that there is at least one person aged 18 or over staying at the apartments for each booking. In some instances our apartment providers require that the lead guest of each booking is aged 21 or over.
The client should carefully review the specific conditions of the apartment before booking. Each apartment has specific conditions (detailed on the apartment profile at the time of booking), which should be worked out with the contact person when receiving their details on the booking confirmation email. By proceeding with the booking, the client is agreeing to the specific conditions of the apartment booked.
The client should inform us of the approximate time of arrival a minimum of 1 week prior to the date of arrival.
Guests must respect the property, as well as its furniture and equipment.
Only as many guests as stipulated on the booking contract will be accommodated.
It is not allowed to perform any activity that is illicit in the destination in question during the stay.
For some properties, The client should be ready to possibly sign a contract at the time of paying the full booking total.
For its part, Worldwide Apartments Limited T/A London Apartment Reservations Ltd communicates the following:• Worldwide Apartments Limited T/A London Apartment Reservations Limited T/A London Apartment Reservations is acting in good faith and in the role of intermediary in the contracting of the services offered on its webpages. • Worldwide Apartments Limited T/A London Apartment Reservations Limited T/A London Apartment Reservations cannot change the contract conditions set by each apartment/owner. • The pictures and information shown on our site are directly provided by owners, and said owners may change those pictures periodically and at any given time. • Worldwide Apartments Limited T/A London Apartment Reservations Limited T/A London Apartment Reservations. can only be liable for direct damage caused by defects attributable to our obligations in what relates to our services, and only up to an amount corresponding to the service fee, as indicated on the booking confirmation email.
When you make a reservation through our website, the rates that you see on your search results at the time you make the booking are the rates that we apply and confirm to you. If there are any unforeseen changes or problems with your reservation, we will automatically contact you first for your approval/instructions, before arranging a reservation for you.
If you make an instant online booking, you will be taken to a confirmation screen with a summary of your booking, including your booking reference number. Shortly after making your booking, you will receive a full confirmation email which will also include the apartment's payment terms, cancellation policy and check-in procedure.
ON REQUEST BOOKINGS
If you make an "On Request" booking online, your request will be processed as quickly as possible.
In the event that the apartment of your choice is fully booked at the time of submitting your reservation request (complete with card details), we will endeavour to offer you an alternative apartment of similar price, quality and location. We will not, of course, proceed with an alternative reservation without your prior approval.
Shortly after you submit the secure online booking request form you will be notified by email of your reservation confirmation. The email will include full booking details and your booking reference.
Your email confirmation will usually be within 24 hours if you booked between 9:00 and 16:00 GMT, Monday to Friday. If you have booked outside of these times, your email notification will arrive the following morning, or on the following Monday if you booked during the weekend or after 16:00 GMT on Friday. We will always try to get the confirmation to you as soon as possible.
Our preferred method to contact you is email, so you should take care to provide a current, valid email address and be aware that your email filter settings may treat our emails as spam or direct them to your junk folder. We cannot be held responsible if your confirmation does not arrive due to an incorrect email address or your junk email settings. You can ensure your reservation confirmation gets to you by adding londonapartmentreservations.com to your ‘safe list’. You must notify us immediately if you change your email address or contact telephone number after making a booking with us. In addition, please check that the name on your passport matches the name on your booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to advise us if you have not received your apartment reservation confirmation.
If for any reason you are unable to access the email address you gave us in the booking request form, please email us using an alternative email address as soon as possible, stating your details, at email@example.com. If you are unsure about anything, please take a look at the frequently asked questions.
Your payment card details will be securely held for the purpose of processing the booking until the day of check in. On the day of check-in, the credit card details are removed from our systems.
Each apartment has its own terms and conditions relating to how you pay for your booking; these may also vary depending upon the pricing structure you choose. You can see these details on your search results by clicking on the rate name, on your booking form and on your confirmation email. Please note that your bank may charge you for an international transfer of money when the payment is taken.
Please note that cities outside of the UK may be subject to local taxes payable upon arrival at the accommodation.
Each apartment has its own cancellation policy, which may vary depending on the pricing structure you choose. You can see the cancellation policy which will apply to your stay from the search results by clicking on the apartment name, at the top of your booking form by clicking "view" under Terms & Conditions, or on your confirmation email.
Cancelation of a reservation on the part of a client will always result in the client forfeiting the reservation fee paid to Worldwide Apartments Limited T/A London Apartment Reservations Limited T/A London Apartment Reservations.
Cancellations must always be communicated to Worldwide Apartments Limited T/A London Apartment Reservations Limited T/A London Apartment Reservations in writing. This can be done by email ( firstname.lastname@example.org). quoting your booking reference number (from your confirmation email). We will then make the cancellation with the apartments.
If you need to cancel a booking urgently, and it is outside our office hours, then we advise you to inform the apartment directly using the contact details you'll find on the confirmation email.
If you fail to arrive at the apartment on your intended date of arrival without prior cancellation within the specified period, the apartment is entitled to charge your card. The amount of this cancellation charge depends upon the terms and conditions of the particular apartment. You will find this information on your search results, booking form and on your confirmation email.
Should an accommodation provider have to alter or cancel a booking, provided that we are informed of it, we will do our utmost to inform you where is reasonably possible; at times it may not be possible to contact you before your departure. In the event of the accommodation provider cancelling your booking, we have no liability to you with regards to making a refund or offering any compensation. The accommodation provider will be responsible for finding appropriate alternative accommodation of a similar standard and shall cover all additional costs incurred as a result of finding and transporting to such accommodation.
Changes in bookings are always subject to availability, the maximum occupancy of each specific property, current prices, and the conditions stipulated below. Modifications or changes to bookings are understood as any variation in the specific dates or number of guests in relation to the apartment booked. Under no circumstances can there be a change of apartment.
Each booking change entails a 50€ service fee to be applied directly at the time of confirming said modification.
Modification of dates: Any date changes must be made via email, by sending the new details to email@example.com and as long as the following requirements are met:
Increase in number of days: only as long as the same apartment is available on those dates, and once the difference between the original booking total paid online and the new booking total has been covered.
Decrease in number of days: no refund of the original booking total paid.
Under no circumstances are service fees refundable.
If a promocode or promotional code was redeemed in the initial booking, the promocode discount will be maintained as long as the modification falls within the validity date of said promotional code. Under no circumstances can the absolute value exceed the value discounted at the time of booking.
Changes in the number of guests:
Increase in the number of guests: as long as the number of guests falls within the specified maximum occupancy of the apartment. The change will only take effect after the difference between the original booking total paid online and the new booking total has been covered.
Decrease in the number of guests: only up to one month prior to the date of arrival, and with no refund of the original booking total paid.
Worldwide Apartments Limited T/A London Apartment Reservations takes the transparency and integrity of its clients’ comments very seriously. This policy has been created to ensure the system is used in a proper and impartial manner.
1.Only-apartments S.A. guarantees that only clients that have booked with us are able to review and comment on the properties found on our website. The only way to access our Quality Survey is through a secured link sent to clients via email during the course of their stay.
2.Worldwide Apartments Limited T/A London Apartment Reservations publishes all comments on its website, whether positive or negative. A comment will only be withheld if:
1.It includes offensive or threatening language.
2.It mentions the name and surname of the owner/contact person, and/or the address of the apartment.
3.It qualifies as any type of spam or advertisement.
4.It does not exclusively talk about the apartment with the purpose of helping other travelers.
5.If Worldwide Apartments Limited T/A London Apartment Reservations has reason to believe the owner of an apartment is attempting to manipulate the comment system, it will take pertinent action. In that event, Worldwide Apartments Limited T/A London Apartment Reservations reserves the right to remove the owner’s properties from the webpage, as well as all related comments until the issue is settled.
3.No comment reviewing the activities of Only-apartments will ever be published on the profile of any specific apartment online.

Limitation of Liability
